Praedica Terminal (the "Service"), available at dusches.com, is a read-only market data aggregation and display terminal. It retrieves publicly available data from third-party prediction market protocols (including Polymarket) and presents it in a unified interface.
The Service does not:
Any wallet connection features are used solely for authentication (Sign-In With Ethereum / EIP-4361). Your private key never leaves your wallet.
The Service is not available to residents or citizens of jurisdictions where prediction markets, information markets, or related activities are prohibited or require licensing, including but not limited to:
By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any such jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws.
All data displayed by the Service is for informational purposes only. Market prices, probabilities, and order book data are sourced from third-party protocols and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice.
Prediction markets involve significant risk. You may lose the entire amount you commit to any position. Never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
The Service aggregates data from third-party decentralized protocols (including but not limited to Polymarket). We have no affiliation with, endorsement from, or control over these protocols. We are not responsible for the accuracy of their data, the availability of their APIs, or any losses arising from participation in their markets.
Any interaction with third-party protocols (trading, providing liquidity, etc.) is subject to those protocols' own terms, smart contract risks, and applicable regulations.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. The Service displays data about decentralized protocols that operate autonomously; we have no ability to reverse transactions, recover funds, or intervene in protocol operations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Praedica Terminal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Market data displayed by the Service originates from third-party protocols and their APIs. The Service interface, code, and design are proprietary. You may not scrape, reproduce, or resell the Service's output without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.
